The Challenge
A Website That No Longer Reflected The School’s Direction
The Country Day Way Forward sets out three pillars: The Country Day Way, Exceptional Educators and a Thriving Community. The existing site was built before the plan existed, so it had no way to tell that story or show how the pillars shape daily life at the school.
A New Schedule Families Needed To Understand
The flexible schedule was designed around student well-being, but a change to the school day raises real questions for families. The site needed to explain clearly how it works and why it matters.
Growing Beyond South Florida
The Online School opens MCDS to students well outside Miami. Reaching those families meant expanding the school’s reach in search while protecting the strong local visibility it had already built.
A Structure The School Had Outgrown
As MCDS added programs, the site’s sitemap and content structure became harder to navigate. Information that prospective families, current parents, students, faculty and alumni each needed was getting harder to find.
Many Audiences, One Website
Prospective families want to explore and apply. Current parents need news, events and daily resources. Faculty, alumni and students each come with their own needs. The site had to serve all of them without any group getting lost in content meant for another.

Northwestern Medill: Benchmarking Against The Best
Before redesigning Medill’s site, we audited six peer institutions. That told us where Northwestern’s journalism and marketing school stood, and why paid visitors were leaving at a bounce rate of 86.32%.
From there we built a school-wide value proposition with a separate value proposition for each program, defined 10 landing page designs, and restructured the sitemap around how prospective students actually search and apply.
Medill’s five audiences now each have their own journey, on a homepage driven by stats and a template system built to scale.
AUBG: Rebuilding A University’s Search Foundation
AUBG’s website was carrying 1,321 broken backlinks, 65 broken pages and duplicate page titles on every course page, on a site that scored 33 out of 100 for page speed. All of it was holding the university back in search.
We rebuilt the site in WordPress with a multilingual structure, an accessibility toolbar and a Technolutions Slate CRM integration, then fixed the broken links and Core Web Vitals failures behind the poor rankings.
Since launch, top-3 keyword rankings are up 197%, Domain Rating is up 10.3% and estimated organic traffic value is up 79%.
Portland Public Library: A Site The Team Can Run Itself
Keeping Portland Public Library’s website current took more effort than it should have. Programs, events and resources had piled up under navigation that had grown without a plan for years.
We restructured the information architecture around how visitors search, built accessibility in from the start, created clear paths to event registration, and delivered a modular CMS the library’s own staff can update without developer support.
Comparing the five weeks after the February 2026 launch with the previous period, average engagement time per active user rose 47.82%.
ISP: Filling The Right Grades At The Right Schools
Some schools in the International Schools Partnership network had openings in the upper grades and growing waitlists in the lower ones, and their advertising wasn’t finding the families who could fill the right seats.
We segmented campaigns by grade level, built keyword lists that separated private academic education from daycare and public school searches, tailored copy and geo-targeting to each region, and unified tracking across the network, including a HubSpot integration for one school’s off-site form.
Total leads increased by more than 70% and cost per lead fell 40%, including an $88 reduction in cost per lead on Meta.
Harlem School Of The Arts: Registration, Tickets And Donations
Harlem School of the Arts needed its website to handle several jobs at once: class registration, ticket sales, inquiries and donations. Its old non-responsive design made each of them harder than it needed to be.
We built a dedicated conversion path for each, inside a vibrant, mobile-first design with restructured navigation, ADA compliance and technical SEO improvements.
In the first 90 days after launch, the site gained 759 new backlinks, organic traffic rose 43% and more than 13,000 new users arrived.
